You may exchange merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will exchange if product is defective or shipped as a result of our error. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns.

You may exchange unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your order. If you are returning a non-defective product that has been opened, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

If you are seeking replacement of a defective product, you must place a new order for the identical product.
